Technical Assistance
The Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) is the heart of the Transmode Customer Services organisation. The TAC is staffed with highly skilled support engineers 24/7/365, that are capable of troubleshooting the full range of optical networking products. The TAC is located in Stockholm and includes a fully equipped lab for reproduction of customer issues and assistance in testing customer specific scenarios. In order to keep the support of customers as efficient and simple as possible, the TAC is the single point of contact for all technical issues related to the operation and maintenance of the customer’s Transmode optical network.

Training
Transmode offers a comprehensive range of services in order to support existing and planned network installations. The training is provided at Transmode headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden or at any customer location. The focus of the training services group is to convey the simplicity of the Transmode product lines, as well as preparing the customer for the implementation and operation of the optical network. This is achieved via a selection of courses with a very high degree of practical exercises carried out in a “live network” lab setup.

Professional Services
Transmode and partners offer a range of services on a consultancy basis. With consultants highly skilled in optical networking, particularly covering the Transmode product portfolio, the business of our customers is supported efficiently. The services range from network design and documentation, to installation and implementation assignments and network and/or network management integration.
