Companies noted on OMX Stockholm shall apply the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. It’s thereby not mandatory for Transmode to apply the Code. The Board of Transmode will monitor the development about the praxis for applying the Code and intent to follow the parts of the Code that the Board judge as relevant and reasonable for Transmode.
